As landlord best advice is to find new tenant. 

If you're familiar with land lording in the "nicer suburbs" pretty much the same tenant/landlord laws apply.

How did you find a landlord willing to accept this arrangement?

Hi Im a landlord who's participated in ULA ERAP, I have a question for any fellow landlords who has participated in program and been approved.

We would still have some land behind the homes not sure how much as of now.

I am new to this site and am jumping into a rental property/landlord.

It appears to have settled in Georgiawhere the Atlanta Journal Constitution revealed that they took to increasing rent to “as much as $2,000 a monthfor a three-bedroom apartment that previously rented for hundreds of dollars less”.Tides Equity landed in hot water earlier in 2023 when it announced the possibility of a capital raise from itsequity partners.

I am a realtor and I am strongly against putting land on the market because land doesn't sell on the market.
