Recently I started inquiring again, and found someone who is willing to help but they said they are waiting for authorization from the correct department before they can put me in touch with the right person etc etc etc...From my research I know the bank (BOA) owns the property.

The borrower can inquire with the Mortgagee to find out what it would take and could also ask about assumption.

I was wondering what kind of arrangement you should inquire about when starting out. 

I was so eager to get started in real estate at the time that I actually started inquiring about purchasing rental properties off of Craigslist.

Knowing what the hell you are talking about would help too (I'm referring to the person Bob inquired with, not you @Tom Scott  ).Also, IMO, pigeonholing yourself into working with 70%ARV-repairs-fee will provide a solution for those people who control a property with significant equity that needs work and are looking for liquidity.  

Although a bit pricey,I would think that if you make just one deal from this program it pays (995.00) for itself.Now that your letters went out please keep us updated on your progress, inquiring minds want to know!!

It means I recommend most people save their money and learn what they can without paying thousands of dollars (which most people inquiring about the programs do not have) until they at least are able to make a good judgement call about the value of the program they are about to pay for.

Hijacking only creates confusion.Suggest you re-post and inquire whether probate notices to creditors requires publishing in adjudicated newspapers in your area.

And of those 2.5% that call back to inquire, 5% of those will result in an actual deal?
