I have two concepts in mind: one leverages lakefront property through an ecotourism pop-up glamping concept that’s geared towards long-term evolution into a small housing development and lake club.

I personally wouldn't buy a condo as an investment property unless you don't have a primary residence and plan to house hack it (e.g. buy a 2 bedroom and live in the unit and rent out the other bedroom).

Very excited to continue to dive into this line of asset collection and hopefully build a great portfolio for myself!

Regular property managers for single houses and condos may not be willing to take them.I don't want to self manage either.Do the tenants have a higher rate of default than condos and single homes?

I am currently in the processes of getting my real estate license and don't have accesses to the MLS, despite this I still want to practice doing comps on housing in my area to better understand what makes a deal great.
