When we looked at the unit before buying we noticed roaches EVERYWHERE, alive crawling on the walls dead ones all over the floor, and the tenants don't seem to live clean, we figured they caused the roach problem.

But qhile all alongbwe have fixed up yhe place with our own money it was never taken off the rent or given back we had to had the septic tank cleaned out that was $250 the 1st trip out and then again this year already he came and cleaned out the lagoon and told us it not only had to be deeper but had to be moved.
