The JAX market is pretty crazy and Costar is projecting 15-25% rent growth for 6 quarters straight.

@Nathan Weber You pose a fantastic question, and I along with other "old-Pro's" have actually been discussing this exact item off forum more and more recently because with BP's growth and recognition also draws the scammers, that is a unfortunately reality of life today for anything of popularity. 

Davenport, Groveland and generally up and down Highway 27 are seeing significant growth for longterm rentals.
