Well, I'm 5 months in and I figured I would give everyone an update.My daughter finished school about 4 years ago with a little more than $100K in student loans.

Unfortunately, I have not been seeing much value in the market place of late.

I just finished and now living in my third house hack.

Every lawyer i spoke to said the same thing, they don't have to give warnings and lately the county seems to be targeting LLC's holding property. 

I will open my pool in a couple of weeks and be able to swim until late September.

@Michelle Ayala It sounds like around $7500 worth of repairs in what you listed, maybe more depending on quality of finishes.

The tenants keep the house relatively clean, and while they are late on rent alot, they are currently up to date.Thoughts?
