The other properties look like they go with their driveways, so I don't feel the need to look back through the deed history.This property would be an excellent house hacking project for me, except for the parking. 

Also, try understanding in full detail how the BP calc on rental or flip property works enough so you can recreate it in excel.

To add to your excellent explanation, Before I knew about the VA IRRRL I was going to actually incorporate the VA fundiing fee to the loan which would cost me even more because interest would be applied to it.

We make excellent income from it, FINALLY (1st year claiming with a 1099).

Not being a complete expert with excel has been a big factor.

Hi I am new to this forum and this is my first post, I just invested in rental in north Dallas in excellent school district, i have put in all my savings to the last cent towards down payment, need some advice on listing this rental, do I go with listing agent or is there a way to list this myself and avoid paying commission, appreciate your views and suggestionsI have decided not to go with property management as I live 4 miles away from this rental and can take care of it myself
