Should the work done in the early stages be completed to set up for the flip later?

Hi BP folks,I'm interested in a 3/2 SFR in the Berclair-Highland Heights in Memphis - specifically near Wells Station Elementary School.

I have seen some builders they gave few in the very early stages of the construction. 

I think the best way to grow into the next stage of my business would be to surround myself with people who have successfully built a team and scaled a business.

If you don’t know how to do the deal hook them up with somebody like me and take stage left for a small fee. 

When I get to that stage I will definitely keep you in mind.

For Q2 in the US, the vacancy rate rose by 30 basis points (bps) quarter-over-quarter to 4.6% and average monthly rent fell by 1.4% to $1,720.In my opinion, you can invest and do well in any market cycle as long as you're buying the right assets at the right price and understand what stage of the cycle you're in. 

I've been following BP for a while, but I'm still in the preliminary ("save and study while I continue my day job") stage, while I consider beginning in real estate investment with a primary goal of building a rental portfolio.

However, due to the current Covid situation and seeing how bad the food industry is being affected I am at a "mid life crisis" stage of considering a new profession. 

You know just in case they didn't know + individual pager to each tenant on the property in question.I am at the stage where I have to split the bill and have each pay their share of whatever isn't waived which we told them ahead of time this would happen if it were to continue.I am very much counting on a tenant ratting out the trouble maker and just probably giving them a single warning before I don't reconduct their lease.It might cost me more to have them leave than to find a way that works to hold them accountable.
