Fourth, taking off siding to add one layer a waterproof GWB Type X (you left out the waterproof part...make sure its the GWB that is meant to go on the exterior or you will have mold problems within a year) is really not that much work.

If and when congress starts to cut back on spending, then I believe we will really see the true impacts of this whole situation we are currently in.For now I will eat the taxes on my 1031 (identification ends in about 3 hours), wait on the elections / see what the political agenda has in store for us, and then consider investment strategies.Here is another question, where would you seek to learn about other types of investments outside of your comfort zone?

Cap this off with on-going racial tensions all within an election year, it seems that we are constantly anticipating another negative event and questioning whether a silver lining will ever present itself through all of this.
