Seems like a lot of the success is from getting the further, more in depth, detailed & needed answers beyond the toolkit? 

I'm thinking that I would have some leverage based on the fact that their wiring did not seem to be up to code, and I figured that a friendly reach out might be better at this stage than going super in depth into their legal obligations, etc.If anyone on the forums has any thoughts on this, I'd love to hear!

I can answer basic questions, but anything more in depth she would be the one to reach out to!

What I lack at the moment in depth of understanding I *hope* to make up for with ambition.

There was actually just an  in depth thread on it that discussed tax cases as well and ultimately even when other expenses were allowed as "start up" - education to go into a new career field is disallowed.
