I find I am thoroughly enjoying constantly learning about how a house works (and how multi-families work) and I enjoy my tenants and I enjoy making money.   

With lots of available cash, there are great deals to be had just about anywhere :)Turnkey places have been a constant here on BP for a while.  

My realtor is constantly steering me towards MWC and away from Putnam City.

I really like how down to earth and honest people are here on BP.I have been interested in real estate investing for several years now but constantly find myself stuck in the analysis paralysis phase.My struggle is my J.O.B. as an engineer keeps me very busy and leaves me with little time during the week.

I finally buckled under Josh and Brandon's constant admonitions on the podcasts and became a member of the site.

After a couple of months, lots of dumb questions, and lots of handshaking I was able to close my first pure investment deal (A "subject to" acquisition which I sold as a wrap).I kept learning on here, kept reading the forums constantly, and kept researching everything I could online until I was to a point where it felt like my full time job was actually hindering investing progress.

Just like the Universe the learning on here and knowledge is infinite and constantly growing.

To wholesale and find all of those other deals you have to constantly be searching for them and marketing and I don't want to go there.

It should open up some doors for investors looking for cash buyers, joint ventures and all sorts of things.

I viewed this as a huge opportunity in that appraisers are constantly busy.
