@Maxwell Lee Take plenty of photos/video right before move-in, and definitely do a comprehensive walk-thru with the new tenant where the condition of the entire home (i.e. every room, interior, exterior, etc) is well-documented and agreed to.Then, if there’s any dispute later, you just refer back to the original document where they signed and agreed there was no damage.
