There are 4-5 brand new apartment complexes going up in that Lindbergh MARTA pocket along Piedmont.  

Those are just the top three anecdotal reasons why I question if the shift from white picket fences, to apartment complexes is permanent or just delayed due to a mix of factors. 

It explicitly states that there is a 7 unit limit ONLY when the borrower already owns units in or next to the same complex or subdivision as the subject property.

And off Northside drive by the Friendship Baptist Senior home (directly across from complex) the project homes have been demolished preparing for a multi-million dollar mixed-used development.
