I think it would rent or sell fast because of the low price and because it's in such a good location (close to Supermarkets, Rockville town center, restaurants, etc)I plan to rent it out once I leave.

I think it would be great to see the remote work trend continue, and for some of the leading businesses to move HQ's and operations centers to less expensive areas as Tesla has done (and Expedia did in Springfield, creating >1k jobs).

Our project is very unorthodox as we're working in the tiny home industry but we believe we've hedged a lot of the risk by working with the jurisdiction long before going under contract with a property.I feel like our format is off or we're not putting the information that people need front and center for them to pull the trigger on investing.
