I definitely recommend reading a few RE books when you have a chance (Rich Dad Poor Dad, Millionaire RE Investor and the BRRRR Book are a few good ones).

I don’t tend to take things to heart but I know that you say it can’t be done yet I have seen people with no money become rich beyond imagine with the right path and I was just seeing if maybe I could get the attention of someone willing to put a little faith in a hardworking business.
