The PD is just an organization that doesn't want to get between a tenant and landlord.Get a lawyer worth his salt to explain in detail what you can, and cannot do.You clearly don't understand property owner rights and tenant rights.

This organization is so reactive (instead of proactive) that it become a sad joke.

They are a totally legit organization.

I also gave him a couple of phone numbers for organizations that help with emergency rent.

My final intention is to actually have the property listed for ME, once I have a contract submitted & negotiations have begun.

When you are hired they detail your job description and requirements, if I'm asked to do anything outside my job requirements I want to know what is in it for me If I am asked to cover the work load of someone who was fired, I want to know what is in it for me (days off, pay, promotion, great challenge) Probably the most important question I ask besides how much does the position pay is, Walk me through a normal day for someone working in this position.My background is I have worked for numerous large multi-national organizations.
