Kitchen has good water, bathroom sink (below kitchen) has good pressure, tub shower/spout barely has any at all...even at full blast.

In addition to the normal stuff like redoing floors, bathrooms, cabinets, etc., the floors are all slanty (weird braces in the basement prop up part of it), the roof is in need of replacement, and there is a bunch of water damage and mold.

He said houses in the area was originally built with 1-2 bathrooms, so he said the bathroom addition was unpermitted as well.

The master bath looks awesome, but the other two baths...The vanity in the larger 2nd bath looks ..meh..like something you got for cheap and threw in there.. with the greys and whites it looks out of placeThe back bath though!

So far we've had to completely redo the bathroom in unit 2's shower due to there being floor to ceiling mold that was hiding behind the walls.
