My first concern is if you’re getting pre-qualified based on the job & income you have now in LA & then you move here, unless you can work from home a good lender is going to catch that and either want proof of employment & income in Bakersfield or proof you can work from home.Just something to keep in mind as it could come up later in escrow near closing when the loan is in underwriting or when the job verification is being done.

That is one thing I realized after is that everything was via email and they asked for so little verification. 

So ask for verification, and do your own math. 

Mi tax lady is telling me i need to get rental license to to my Philadelphia taxes.

You should already have complete copies of the existing Rental Agreements, so next steps will include terminating existing agreements when and how local law allows (at end of current term which must be honored unless there is mutual agreement to change); have Rental Applications completed by all adults that are occupying the premises and obtain current verification of all facts, background, credit, etc. before offering to allow them to stay by signing a new Agreement with your terms and conditions.

If it were close to my place of work I would have even moved there for a year or so, but not wanting to do that I decided to to forego of the deal as the COA wouldn't allow me to rent it out right off the bat. 

Do these secondary panels to to be brought up to code to rent?

If they are VERY professional, they will have their processes in writing as verification that policies are enforced equally and fairly by their entire staff.6.
