I view the rental market as strong because not only to multifamily cash-flow, but many single families do as well.The municipality is investor friendly in my experience.

I've heard Ohio I good place and have over 200 new companies started out this or last year and state is investing 100s of millions into it. also New Mexico is getting Netflix. how do yo guys norrow your search of where its best to invest. any PM you use or recommend??

Atta BoY  love the NO debt.. there will be refi to you die max debt BP members just rolling their eyes at this.but for me your who most of these younger folks getting started should aspire to be.I have one other friend who started in law enforcement and is uber successful.
