I got this email today in my business email address which I only advertise in my sig here at BP:From Melinda MendezYour website looks great, but it's missing out on a lot of internet traffic due towhere you rank in the search engines.

Unless the property was properally winterized and baseboard heating (boiler) requires knowledge beyond an internet search probably the contractor is at fault.

Internet seems to be the place to advertise & market now.

I would think this is pretty common, but oddly, I'm having a hard time finding anything searching the Internet.

Just think, people use the internet to scam people every day...why?

I've heard guys around town getting $5-15k houses (i've been getting them around $25k) justby surfing the internet and making calls to sellers.

I agree with Chris, and a friend of mine loves renting to the military, but, some points to consider:Their military affiliation hasn't prevented their 600 credit score.With 15 years in, it's probably less of a concern, but I'd make sure the enlistment isn't ending before the lease.My friend whines that in order to rent to the military, they have someone inspect and determine what they believe fair rent is, and they negotiate the rent down, and the service member gets a housing allowance based upon their determination of rent.

Also use the internet to your advantage, use google maps, bing maps, you can walk through neighborhoods as if you were there.
