Do you communicate with applicants on the phone or by email?
I'm curious what most people do. It would be less expensive to communicate exclusively with them on email than on the phone, but on the other hand I can see that leading to long email tag games and BS.

depends if you are trying to build a list or fill the vacancy. If you are building a list, grab the email, and use auto responders. if you are wanting to fill the vacancy quickly take the calls and make sure you write a VERY descriptive ad to eliminate BS questions.
