Generally the construction materials used on older mobile homes are cheaper and things like doors and tubs are made specifically to fit mobile homes. 

It just doesn’t fit within my goals.

It isn’t too hard, but you do have to work around all the installed siding which can be a pain.I have seen where you buy the corner vinyl, cut the mounting flange off and simply get it fit over the top.

However, The property is zoned as multi Family and it seems to have potential to possibly fit a 6-8 unit building with parking.

As of right now, multifamily would be a better fit for the current goal I have set.

If debt fits into your plan, I would use your case as a thing that you could use for a cure, loan payment backup, and if it takes all cash to get the deal at a lower price and to close quicker.
