Hello Everyone,I am entered into a contract by providing rehab costs with a house flipper in Illinois (this is my first time investing in real estate).I am trying to figure out if they are or aren't telling me the truth.They told me that they started the eviction process by sending a 30 day notice.

Something so simply and trivial as just climbing onto your bed.Yes... most people have NO idea about these challenges (including me) UNTIL someone with special needs enters your life.Yes I am bragging, showing off my godly SEO skills and reaping havoc here in the BP forums... just so I get more traffic and make a name for myself, which all leads to more deals, higher rankings... more money.... finally being able to make my bud (and others) walk again.If I wait for someone to step up to make this happen it simply NEVER will!

That section of 116 allows the association to enter the grounds of a unit to conduct certain maintenance or remove or abate a public nuisance, or to enter the interior of a unit to abate a water or sewage leak or take certain other actions in certain circumstances.

Please help me know if I've got this straight: enter into a lease agreement (agreement #1) and also an option agreement (#2) at the start of the term and only enter into a purchase & sale agreement (#3) once the term is up OR when tenant/buyer decides to exercise their right to buy.
