Thanks @Trevor Ewen and @James WiseBigger pockets is great for connecting with other investors but what about local investor minded attorneys, realtors and contractors to vet and prep the team I will use in the future?

Now if you where re-doing the Bathroom/kitchen completely or putting in new siding (think James Hardie) that might be something else.
