You are NOT trying to buy the estate and all its contingent issues as one would buy a corporation or other entity.If you are interested in purchasing a particular property from the estate in California you would purchase from the person in charge of the estate who has the capacity, powers and authority to sell.

Then there is the liability issue....if you do something incorrectly, it can cost you large fines from the various government agencies that may have authority over you as an agent.I'm an agent, and it's great....but you should be aware of the downsides as well as most people gloss over those things.

#1....go to the tax authority and ask for a payment plan.#2...if they won't do it, then look for a property tax lender.#3...someone will give you a loan based on your equity, I'm sure.
