It's designed to generate referral income for Zillow from the partner agents and teams that Zillow sends its iBuyer leads to.

No guarantees with dividends as the company must generate profits and decide to reward shareholders as opposed to reinvesting back into the company.

That is a sophisticated value add.If you simply buy an RE (SFR to quad) off the MLS that has no value add, you will be waiting on rent appreciation to generate cash flow.

Just like RE brokers that have big teams and make 1 to 5 million a year in just commission income.. who needs to wholesale when your bizz is generating 100k a month net profit. ???

Real estate is an awesome way to creatively generate income to support you and your family.

I've seen deals for building from 1905 that generate amazing revenue with low expenses but we never knew until we got the expense report and P & L from the owners.

This is my 2nd day :) Based on the asking price, I estimated it will generate a negative annual cash-on-cash return, assuming 20% downpayment.

They say its a good lead generator, and has a higher conversion rate than just plain snail mailers.
