I can't image how much harder it would be for some of the newer members that don't know what to look out for!

As anyone who has been around here for even a short while knows, I STRONGLY believe that you are doing yourself a disservice by not using a profile image that is a headshot.

In my MLS, you can see old listings' images for several years, so ask your agent if you can get the old listing so you can see what finishes are inside the ones that have sold.You don't want to make an offer and then lose money when it comes time to fix the property, so make sure you have a long inspection contingency to allow for the engineer.

So you end up building equity in all of the homes to borrower down the road for more investment properties, Wedding, New Baby, etc!

A few weeks back, my agent reached out to me with a listing, I put in an offer and was taken up on it.The listing wasn't too detailed and didn't have any pictures from inside of the building but I got MLS images from 2019.

if you see under my last pic, the updated image, thats the google map of the houses surrounding my area that has been sold.
