If you happen to decide to sell, and you like they way they handled the management, and believe great management translates to great sales ability (not the same skill set), you can list the property with them if they are the best ones to do it.

Rentals and rehabs are not necessarily in my skill set so I don't want to give you any inaccurate information.

It is perfectly OK to learn the business one step at a time and this one has a decent ROI and no repairs needed so you can concentrate on building your landlording skills.  

And once you master these skills (like I did), guess what.

I wish to be realistic, and show with a limited amount of skill (no I have never re plumbed an entire house before nor have I been shown how to), limited resources (almost no money), your time, and that hard work you can change your life. 

I am now looking to use these skills partnering with any member willing to involve me in their project.
