@Mike Hurney Its one of those things that won't be an issue with the large majority of tenants, but DCMA violations (the notices that copyright holders send your internet provider, who then in turn sends them to you) can be a serious issue if a tenant racks up a bunch under your name.

Now, I also excluded bids from a junior lien holder when a senior lien is foreclosing; those junior bids could be for more than the junior is owed since the senior lien bid is added in.
