What is the trigger for the sale?

Germain Depository Institutions act of 1982 forbids banks from triggering the due on sale clause for transfers to an inter vivos trust. 

I work with over 50 lenders now, I think you might need to find private money, or maybe think about selling it.Please, all of you BRRRR people out there, talk to a lender before you pull the trigger, so you can see if you qualify for a refinance, and what it's going to look like.

I’m likely to pull the trigger on one pretty soon.I agree that depending on appreciation here is challenging.

I want to better understand how to analyze a deal so when one does come up I’m able to pull the trigger on it.

A sale triggers a reassessment of taxes at the county, so I would believe it would be the current millage rate by the sale price of the property purchased.

Continue the education piece and when you find the right deal be ready to pull the trigger!
