I think the "will you be running any type of home based busines" question should be part of the initial phone interview, not as a qualifier or disqualifier, but because the answer would influence considerations for rent, deposit and other items for negotiation.

Like I said before, I'm just out of college and more than willing to take on a bit of risk on order to keep ahold of this steal of a deal.Honestly, I could face the music and have to do what you have done, but it would still be cheaper for me to just risk eating a months rent after getting booted early than to pay the substantially higher rent somewhere else (and in a worse location too!).

I don't know what you're talking about Alfred, but I did just write your number down and will be posting up craigslist ads 'wanna have a good time, call (insert your number here)' I'm assuming, by that, I mean I'm making an @ss out of U and 'Ming' (thats the name I'll be putting on Craigslist) that you haven't clicked this link yet http://www.biggerpockets.com/forumrules.html which if you haven't figured out why your influence is negative yet, will probably give you some clues.
