TIC/luxury apartment in trouble. Sponsor cutting distributions to owners. Negotiating a new master lease with them. Have a bunch of questions that need answering asap. Anyone out there with experience regarding TICs willing to talk? Thanks Alfred [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED][b]
