I've never spent company dollar on something like this, I can tell the team likes my marketing so far I don't want to let them down, and I want to sell the last of our units.

Any company recommendations? 

We are looking at AL, TN or FL as potential first time investment properties and so far this company looks the best and the numbers they sent seem great as well, but I would some more insight if anyone has any. 

Lots of companies that you don't have a choice in changing the wording of the contract or a choice in going with someone else have things like that in their contracts.

So, I was about to do a HELOC and Refi with my Companies Credit Union, but there are stipulations on what the HELOC can be used for, I was told, "you cant use the HELOC to buy a business or another home."

Our property management company did not accept TurboTenant applications because their screening process is not as thorough as we prefer.

I would look into a software like Super Hog! 

I had a tenant threaten to bust the jaw of a maintenance person and now that company won't send anyone to my property anymore.  

I asked for a $2,500 processing fee, which was gladly handed over, and the escrow and title company took over from there.

We also opened a Holding company in WY.
