I've heard about BP from a number of sources including podcasts and the REIA groups I've been attending for the last few month.My interest in investing is 1) to help anyone looking for the assistance of a Realtor in this area with a software engineering background, 2) buy and hold rentals, and 3) crowd funding opportunities.

What stands out is their investor relations software.

Does anyone have experience with them or any other tracking software?

Recommendations please for easy to use website/software//tool to look up past owed taxes and/or liens of properties in any county.

I wonder if there's a software or google map feature that accurately will grab and mark an address for you while driving.
