It will take you days to get it right, time you could use for other things ...When you select 0% for members equity, then it messes up the CoC and IRR, because those are based on member equities. 

I did check the assessors website and noticed the property is listed as a 3 bedroom. 

I have selected one out of the three and want to proceed with lease signing and security deposit collection.
