Sadly, people often let pride get in the way of doing what is best for the client.If you are dealing directly with the lender you are likely to have a much harder time getting them to release the appraisal.

Sadly, both the country and its population are super poor.

I've heard about this, and it's really a sad one.

The sad part is once he gets his ducks in a row he will offer a great product, because the content is great just not the delivering system of the content.

He really wants to see a 1099 on that...I know that was a joke (and sadly it's too true to be funny), but for anyone wondering, yes, all commissions that get paid to an agent get 1099'ed, so when paying out commissions to other agents, keep records to deduct the expense...
