So, my question: Is there a broker friendly site or other that will charge me a flat fee just so I can get what I am wanting = MLS Access/tools/ability to view properties myself since I'll be an active RE Agent - and the broker will not care that I am not wanting to generate commissions?

I just wanted to add also that many syndications purposly utilize cost segregation to generate losses- but lot's of people can not deduct those losses in year incurred due to passive loss limits.
