Hey @Jonathan Tran, I'm just a rookie so take this with a grain of salt.If property taxes are the biggest factor in your choice of farm area, there are better states to pick. 

The housing department knew this and was fine as long as the utilities were kept under landlord's name but looks like new people have since taken over those employees who retired so, I think I am being bullied and have no choice but to hire an attorney since why the enforcing of this now after 30 years that my parents had the home?

I would like to take the opportunity to formally apologize as it was not my intention to insult anyone making the choice to become a RE agent. 

As with anything, do your research and make sure it is the best choice for your 10 year vision. 

I was very excited to see this article published, because of the increasing popularity of the industry over the last couple of years.

I'd probably try to have a 'come to Jesus' meeting with the contractor to explain that a mutually agreeable schedule needs to be defined & followed or else he will leave you no choice but to pursue a legal solution.

So you have to make sure you get good references and interview a few before making a choice.

So while some residents commute down to Denver or up to the Fort, either way it's a crappy commute and wouldn't be anyone's first choice.

Trusts were a better choice was the recommendation from the attorney I used.
