I would start narrowing by picking a house type in a specific area, specific price range that also fits certain criteria like number of bedrooms, etc...

I wanted to develop a little more of a knowledge base on choosing a potential location before I really started trying to make connections so I'm in the process of finishing emerging real estate markets by Dave Lindahl then the plan is to pick a few markets and start connecting like you said.How long ago did you start investing?

I just checked, I have a copy of "Evidence of home insurance" seems like regular home insurance(not hazard), on 2nd page it has mentioned my name as Mortgagee/Loss Payee.also, borrower is not picking my phone, so just wondering to who should I contact, insurance company?

You picked the wrong forum though this has nothing to do with VRs that I can tell.

Very simple to use.   

If you have money and patience, it could be a good long term play if you can continue to pick off surrounding properties.
