@Denice Contreras, most people turn to real estate for cash flow and appreciation.

I live in a small town in Oxford, AL with a population of a little over 22,000 people.

I've gone through a couple handymen that overcharged for very poor work so I'm looking for recommendations from people who have actually worked with someone in the area.

You would and your lender would need to understand the how to get out of the bridge loan before closing. 

From my understanding the debt will be not wiped out with this auction.So my question is if I buy this property does the debt belong to current owner and they will just come take back the panels.
