It is great to see someone else with a similar passion on here.

I now have matured a little and realized my passion, for taking a junky looking house that no one would look twice at, and getting creative by making it look neat, clean just something everyone wants at an affordable price.

But the values, lifestyle tempo, less traffic if you're local, surf if that's your passion (it's mine) and just a more laid back and down to Earth mindset with San Diego overall is certainly worth a look.

I have a passion for learning about this industry and how I can get into investing and acquire properties. 

I then did my DD to research the company further and I found videos on YouTube posted by Ari Page and Mike Banks and just to see how much info they gave away for free to educate the consumer really showed me their passion and expertise in their field!

My intention is not to quit my job but to create multiple streams of revenue so that I can pursue my passions.
