How to be a real estate in WA

Hello friends!

My wife and I are both travel nurses and we decided that I will pursue to be a real estate agent as a side hustle. We are from FL but will accept a staff nurse position in WA. We have 2 MTR's, 1 LTR in Orlando and 1 MTR in WA which we are house hacking right now.

My eyes lit up every time I hear things about real estate and I think it will be helpful for our family if I pursue this.

This will be a new arena for me and I do not know how to start. I guess what I am getting at is how do I start being a real estate agent. I researched a bit and most of them recommended Rockwell.

If I do the standard hours, how long before I can get my RE license.. and once I get the license, how do I begin? Do I apply to a company/broker.

Any information will be useful!

Thanks in advance!
