My understanding is that Act 20 has recently been amended by the law makers to eliminate the 5 employee requirement to attract more small businesses, as opposed to just these big hedge funds lol.

They drug their feet on me for like 5 weeks on a 5 plex I had ready to rent they came back at me with small  stuff like a exterior door was 3/4 above  flush "tripping hazard"   no light on  a small hall way, etc...

It was located on a nice little cul de sac near Aston Pa. recommended to me by an agent  The exterior wasn't too bad so I wasn't expecting this amount of damage inside at all.
