When the headlines talk about the gloom and doom in the central valley in California, I think they primarily refer to areas like Stockton, Merced, Fresno, and Modesto.I felt compelled to clarify the extent of problems, particularly in Sacramento, mostly because some of these posts seem to be glorifying headlines which have a train wreck mentality.

It's either a mental block or you don't have the money to bring to the table to complete such a transaction - I don't know your financial situation so I can't say which it is.

This is a form of an entitlement mentality and until you get in the game.... you aren't entitled.

Having all that debt hanging over your head can weigh you down, mentally.

In a living person's case, medical records are private, and giving details about the color of your poop from your bowel disorder is really nobody's business but your own and that of your doctor (or in the case of mental health issues- your therapist- because a note from them counts, too! 

I think that the same goes for business, if you are mentally limiting yourself to a specific income or a specific number of deals; that is where you will land.
