When the headlines talk about the gloom and doom in the central valley in California, I think they primarily refer to areas like Stockton, Merced, Fresno, and Modesto.I felt compelled to clarify the extent of problems, particularly in Sacramento, mostly because some of these posts seem to be glorifying headlines which have a train wreck mentality.
