CA "Central Valley" prices down as low as 50%

[size=18]CA prices down a WHOPPING 40%-50% [/size]

Many analysts suggest another 15% drop in values in the next year!!

This is pretty typical in the areas most hard hit in CA. I myself had a few homes in the "Central Valley" that doubled in value in a short period of time (3 years) and we sold in late 05. THANK GOD!

I will try to go back and link to this site that shows hundreds of these figures.
