While I do have feelings about important social issues, taxes, etc, I just have always found politics to be a big, corrupt, dramatic dog and pony show.As I grow older and mature I'm really trying to understand both parties so I can make informed decisions and vote responsibly.

I would happy to pay a few bucks to chat with someone who has extensive experience selling performing notes as I have originated a few, but never sold any. 

So I'm between Homestead's new market, chance of appreciation, and more bang for your buck aspect OR Tamiami demand for rented rooms.

I call it ‘life experience’ which is always happening and on a continuum, always refining and maturing.

But you will not get any of the benefit of a 1031 exchange (and you won't have to follow the tighter timelines of a 1031 exchange).The reason do the 1031 exchange AND purchase in an opportunity zone is that you will get the benefits (and potential benefits of both) as your investment matures. 

It might cost a couple of hundred bucks, but could possible get your money back to you a lot faster.Good luck!
