What tools or platform do you guys use to manage your rental properties - leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, notating tenant issues, etc.

In either case, the bank will will require a legit proof of funds or a lender preapproval in order to consider an offer.

There are tons of group chat platforms like "groupme". 

I’m definitely going to experiment with different platforms to see what kind of responses I get.

If Airbnb decides it's legit, they get the refund.I would just let it play out and see what happens.
