Things seemed to be solved.A couple months ago, we did an inspection and found that they once again had roaches, and that they were feeding the little buggers (dirty dishes on the countertops, overflowing garbage, living in their refrigerator, eating dinner on the living room couch, not mopping up spills).We have sent them a letter telling them that they need to clean things up, and to work with the on-site manager to set up a time to admit the exterminator.

Such as...People who know and live in the area claim it has much improved in the last 10 years.90/40 runs right through it so its offers easy access to and from the city for residents who commute by car.The train runs along 90/94 so it has good train service to and from the city and to connecting lines.All major roads from 63rd to 79th have good bus service and also feed the train lines.

I mean when you think about it.. you pay off a home and your cash flow doubles with out having to go into more debt more maintenance more risk etc etc.. this fixation with max debt got have a 100 doors and 200 a month so I can get 20k a month not sure how realistic that is.. and for darn sure if you have a mini melt down that can lead to vacancy and all of a sudden if you don't have a good job your not making any cash flow or are negative.this is who all those syndicators lost so many apartments in 07 to 2011 they went vacant past the break even point could not feed them could not maintain them and they folded..
