This property I’ve planned on holding for only about 5-7 years due to it being 130+ years old. 

These ideas would create efficiencies in the real estate transaction, lowering costs to purchase real estate, and also to democratize its ownership.

Paying off a low interest rate loan with a high interest rate loan is NEVER a good idea, no matter how it’s sliced, diced, or sold.  

Open to other suggestions/ideas as well.

Not looking to be a property manager or PM company just put in place a separate company that manages the LLCs that hold the real estate.

It seems like some folks like the idea of having a property manager handle everything for them, but I'd really like to be involved and have say in who lives in my property, not let a property manager decide.

They will even hold your mail and allow you to pick it up locally.
