Now, as others here have mentioned, it may be challenging to get the proper party at the lender involved to close the deal, but I think you should be able to make this happen.Unfortunately, having posted this on a bank holiday means that you would have to deal with this probably at the courthouse steps this morning.

I have seen this done before (pre-crash) in the DSM metro.Maybe have a small ownership and trade out extra work for equity.I think metro DSM is one of the better home markets in all of the Midwest.All these rural kids leave county seat towns for college, and only come home during the holidays after they graduate -- LOL.Good luck.
